💼 Product Manager (PM)

<aside> 💡 Be at the centre of our projects by connecting the development teams, designers, and non-profits together

<aside> 🕜 Time commitment: 6-8h per week (dependent on stage of project)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with: VP SWE, VP Design, Project Lead(s), Designer(s), Developers
• Work closely with the VPs, Project Leads, Designers, and Developers to scope and build your project from start to finish.
• Handle communications between the development teams and our NPO partners.
• Translate real business requirements into product specifications.
• Manage the morale of your team and organize team socials to build a sense of community within your team.
• Roadmapping and defining deliverables.
• Scrum master (you will be creating the tickets that will be assigned to your developers).
• Document processes related to project scoping and product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with collaborating with individuals across disciplines.
• Ability to be quickly onboarded to a project and start contributing.
• Organizational skills including experience managing a team, defining milestones and and deliverables.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to a general audience.
• Passionate for social good and cause.
