• TRCC testing infra done, asked devs to work on tests

• TRCC aims to get project done by mid march

• TRCC sprint outline

  • sprint 1: finish most of the backend + testing
  • sprint 2: frontend tickets + remaining backend tickets
  • sprint 3: frontend finishing touches
  • sprint 4: final finishing touches

• Inga started phase 2 of the project —> frontend focus

• Devs working on frontend right now

• no longer pairing seniors with juniors

• gave them a bunch of tickets to choose from + deadline

• designers working on the reports page (most intensive page)

• Phase 3 —> polish login entry and journal entry pages

• Phase 4 —> Implementation of the reports

• Goal to be done by mid march

• MADE has completed authentication + volunteer sign up

• need to create an import system

• need to remind devs to include tests

• Sophia has not informed if she’s met with Anders

• Designs from designers seem to work well for client

• Goal to finish dev by march, want to leave 2-3 weeks for testing
